Exhibitor space is limited. EDRA does not provide additional security within the exhibit area. Responsibility for additional costs incurred outside of the standard exhibitor package is the sole responsibility of the exhibiting company.

* Policies

Cancellation of sponsorship before MARCH 1, 2025, will result in a $250 release fee. If cancellation is received by EDRA HQ after March 1, 2025 there is no refund of fees. Cancellations must be made in writing to EDRA Headquarters. It is understood this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by EDRA, and incorporated into this contract are the attached terms, conditions, rules and regulations. Sponsorships are assigned on a first-come basis
