Our Bylaws

EDRA was incorporated as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of North Carolina in 1972. It is organized exclusively for the purpose of education and the promotion of research within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.

The board of directors function under the EDRA bylaws, which are a set of rules adopted by the board of directors that formalize the structure and operations of the organization.
