Gold-level sponsors can select from two major sponsorship options:

Option 1 > Plenary Session Sponsorship

Sponsors are acknowledged during sessions featuring cutting-edge research aligned with the conference theme.

Option 2 > Poster Session Sponsorship

Poster sessions provide networking opportunities and showcase the latest research.

BENEFITS

• Same as the plenary session sponsorship, with the addition of an exhibit table.

* Policies

Cancellation of sponsorship before MARCH 1, 2025, will result in a $250 release fee. If cancellation is received by EDRA HQ after March 1, 2025 there is no refund of fees. Cancellations must be made in writing to EDRA Headquarters. It is understood this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by EDRA, and incorporated into this contract are the attached terms, conditions, rules and regulations. Sponsorships are assigned on a first-come basis
